Are you an experienced professional in Facilities Management with a focus on Healthcare PFI contracts? We have an exciting opportunity for a PFI Asset General Manager to join our client's team and take a leading role in managing and optimising healthcare PFI assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day TFM (Total Facilities Management) operations of healthcare PFI projects.
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with PFI standards, regulations, and HTMs, maintaining the highest quality.
• Conduct monthly reviews, reporting, and auditing of facilities management contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Manage timely completion of company trackers, reports, and ad-hoc information across the region.
• Review and manage project finances and the contractual and financial aspects of variation delivery.
• Oversee project lifecycle works and SPV management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior management role within facilities management and PFI healthcare contracts (essential).
• In-depth knowledge of PFI standards, regulations, and HTMs related to healthcare contracts.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
