£39,455 per annum basic salary

40 hours per week

Hours 8 AM - 5 PM

24 days holiday PLUS bank holidays

On-call rota 1 in 5

On-call paid 4 hours plus travel time

Business-only use of a car is provided

Our client is looking for a Contract Supervisor to join their team, either mechanical or electrical bias.  The role is 80% office and 20% site working with a team of 7 engineers. The sites are housing associations in the region.

The Role

Team Leadership skills, experience and have the ability to p rioritise and work to agreed deadlines and timescales.

Covering planned maintenance, completion and following remedial work actions, reactive works, quoting works, diagnosing issues and attending sites.

Have good knowledge of a CAFM system

Be familiar with industry H&S Standards

Safe Supervision of all personnel including the management of specialist Sub-Contractors

Ability to provide Technical Assistance to other Engineers and Mentor as appropriate.

Maintain all Compliance Records and certification to the standard required by legislation.

Ensure all jobs are prepared for invoicing correctly and timeously.

Deliver customer satisfaction in accordance with the agreed KPI's,  SLA/Contract.

Taking appropriate action as required and being prepared for contingencies.

Qualifications & Experience

A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential.

First aid trained (preferable but not essential)

Computer literate

Good communicator 

Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Flexible and adaptable to change.
