Are you passionate about construction and looking to kickstart your career as a Quantity Surveyor? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our client's dynamic team as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, based in the vibrant North West region of the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the preparation and analysis of tender documents and contracts.

2. Supporting senior surveyors in cost control, budget management, and financial reporting.

3. Conducting site visits and measurements to ensure accuracy in quantity take-offs.

4. Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure project success.

5. Assisting in the assessment and valuation of work done on-site.

Requirements:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Knowledge of relevant software

- Prior experience in a construction-related role is advantageous
