Are you an experienced Account Manager with PFI Education experience seeking a rewarding role in the Midlands? My client is a leading Facilities Management Organisation and they are seeking a candidate to manage their PFI Education contract.
Role Overview:
As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our Education sector contracts, with a specific emphasis on PFI operations. From overseeing services such as M&E, building fabrication, to managing security and cleaning service lines, your expertise will be essential in maintaining contract continuity and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of operational direct reports
- Drive financial performance for client contracts, including P&L responsibility
- Contribute to budget planning and review financial performance against targets
- Identify and capitalise on business growth opportunities
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and standards
- Improve operational efficiency through performance metrics
- Support team recruitment, retention, and development efforts
- Align contract performance with company objectives and strategic direction
Requirements:
- Proven experience in FM, with expertise in both hard and soft services
- Strong track record in PFI operational management and P&L responsibility
- PFI Education contract management experience
- Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to navigate complex organisational structures effectively
- Solid understanding of Health and Safety regulations and compliance
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
