Role: Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £60,000 per annum plus £6,000 car allowance

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
The Role
We are working with an expanding M&E contracting business looking for a mechanical project manager to deliver projects up to £5m mechanically.
You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.
The company self-deliver most of the work, use specialist subcontractors, and price work subcontractors on packages.
You will report directly to the senior contracts manager.
Sectors include:
Retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of framework agreements and long-standing relationships with large builders.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- - HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit
- - Must have a time-served apprenticeship mechanical apprenticeship if not holding the above
- - Strong time management skills
- - Strong people skills
- - Strong commercial skills
The role will suit somebody hungry to progress with an ever-expanding order book of established and successful clients.
