Position: M&E Quantity Surveyor
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum (DOE) car allowance

About the Company:
Our client is a prominent Building Services Company located in Newcastle with offices across the UK and a well-established presence and flagship commercial contracts throughout the UK. This company offers substantial career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management / Negotiation of Sub-Contract Packages: Oversee and negotiate sub-contract packages related to the projects.
- Produce Monthly Commercial Reports: Compile and present comprehensive monthly commercial reports.
- Monthly Financial Reviews: Conduct thorough reviews of financial aspects every month.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Validation of Contracts: Ensure contracts are valid and aligned with project requirements.
- Agree and Resolve Final Accounts: Facilitate the agreement and resolution of final accounts.
- Manage and Implement Insurances for Work Packages: Oversee and implement insurance policies relevant to the work packages.
- Cost Value Reconciliations and Variation Procedures: Perform cost value reconciliations and manage variations procedures.
- Risk and Opportunity Management Procedures: Implement effective risk and opportunity management procedures.
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification is advantageous.
- HNC/HND level in building services is essential.
