PFI Facilities Contract  Manager

We have a new opportunity for a PFI Facilities Contract Manager to support a PFI contract in Oxfordshire region




    • Salary: £55,000  - £58,000 + bonus  
    • PFI
    • Facilities Management PFI
    • Oxfordshire


The general responsibility of this role is providing day to day support to the project General Manager in all aspects of managing the projects and provide line management support to the team and 3rd party Contractors to the Project Company on a PFI contract.


  • - Assist General Manager in overseeing Facilities contract performance and ensuring adherence to contractual terms.
  • - Aid Manager in handling life-cycle management and variations.
  • - Manage building services for facility assets.
  • - Conduct health and safety and quality inspections.
  • - Handle asset reporting functions, renewals, and implement enhanced maintenance strategies.
  • - Ensure all activities stay within agreed-upon budgets.
  • - Provide support to General Manager for compliance of the facilities managmnet contract


Qualifications/Requirements:


  • - Strong knowledge of operational and management aspects of PFI Facilities Management projects.
  • - Experience in Operations Facilities Management, covering both hard and soft services.
  • -Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety Regulations.
  • - PFI contract management knowledge/experience


  • - Demonstrated excellence in client relationship management.
  • - Experience with PFI Projects is desirable idally within soft services
  • - Background in compliance.
  • - Highly organized and customer-focused.
  • - Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • - Proficient in managing operational issues within complex settings.
  • - Demonstrated ability to take responsibility for tasks.
