Commercial Manager - PFI Healthcare Contracts

We are looking for a Commercial Manager with PFI healthcare experience


  • Salary: £70k - £80k negotiable for right person
  • Location: Nottinghamshire  
  • Facilities management contract
  • PFI

As a Commercial Manager specialising in PFI Healthcare Contracts, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimising the financial aspects of PFI Facilities management projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful execution of PFI contracts. Your responsibilities will encompass financial management, contract compliance, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement

Key Responsibilities:


  • PFI Contract Management: Manage all aspects of PFI healthcare contracts, ensuring compliance, risk assessment, and financial performance.


  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for PFI healthcare projects.


  • Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding project success.


  • Negotiation: Negotiate and review contracts, agreements, and financial arrangements with stakeholders.


  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.


  • Compliance: Ensure that all contractual obligations are met, including regulatory and financial compliance.


  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for healthcare infrastructure projects.

Qualifications:


  • Commercial Manager with proven experience in managing PFI healthcare contracts


  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.


  • Facilities management contract experience desirable


  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations HTMs and compliance requirements.


  • Exceptional problem-solving and risk assessment abilities.


  • Strong leadership and team management skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
