Location: Northwich
Salary:£50k per annum
Breakdown:
£20.50ph (PAYE)
Mon-Fri Site hours -45
37.5 flat hours
7.5 hours x1.5
22 days plus 8 days
Van & fuel card
Initial project 18 months on an Energy centre & Data centre
The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the Northwest and the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.
Electrically works values are up to £5M and projects can last up to 18 months.
You will be overseeing all the direct and sub contract electricians and specialist works such as controls and fire alarms/door access/security.
You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.
You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the electrical works and implementation of RAMS on site .
The Person:
Strong Supervisory skills
Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment
SSSTS or SMSTS essential
JIB Gold Technician card essential
NVQ's and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18th edition essential
Strong working knowledge of HVAC & Mechanical works
Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
