Electrical Supervisor
Location: Central London
Salary: £60k per annum
Holidays: 24 plus 8 stats
Initial project 12 months on an office block refurbishment on government buildings
The Company:
Our client is a leading provider of M&E Installations across the UK. Working in partnership with some of the UK's best-known building contractors.
Electrically works values are up to £10M and projects can last up to 24 months
You will be overseeing all the direct and sub contract electricians and specialist works such as controls and fire alarms/door access/security
You will hold tool box talks and attend client meetings.
You will have overall responsibility for Health & Safety of the electrical works and implementation of RAMS on site .
The Person
- Strong Supervisory skills
Candidate must be comfortable customer facing as you are in a sensitive environment
SSSTS or SMSTS
JIB Gold card
A clean DBS check is essential too
NVQ's and City & Guilds in electrical installation & 18 th edition
Strong working knowledge of HVAC & Mechanical works
Ability to manage team and sub contractors and liaise effectively with the project manager
