Role: Electrical Project Manager
Salary: £80k per annum.
Location: Central London
The package: Paid travel expenses
24 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
Discretionary last friday of the month off (possible additonal 12 days annual leave)
The Role
We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for an electrical project manager to deliver projects up £10m electrically.
Initial projects are 2 office block refurbishment one a large government building. Both central London.
You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client.
The company self deliver most of the works and use specialist sub contractors and price work sub contractors on packages.
You will directly to the senior contracts manager.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit
- Must have a time served apprenticeship electrical apprenticeship if not holding the above
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills
- Able to pass an enhanced DBS check
The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
