Technical Lifecycle Manager
We are seeking a Lifecycle Manager who is electrical qualified to join our clients dynamic team at a prestigious site in Manchester
Summary:
- Life-cycle Technical Manager
- Salary up to £65,00 + car allowance + bonus (circa £70,000 +)
- Manchester
- Must be Electrical Qualified
- Hospital healthcare eexperience is required for HTM regulations
Duties Include:
- Conduct meticulous technical reviews of defects reported by the hard Facilities Engagement provider.
- Make crucial decisions on lifecycle responsibilities and offer recommendations to the senior life-cycle team.
- Create well-structured technical review documents with supporting evidence for the application of lifecycle funds.
- Collaborate closely with the pre-construction team to ensure project requirements are clearly defined and met during delivery.
- Participate in site electrical technical meetings, providing updates on defect reviews.
- Review electrical design documents for compliance with regulations and HTM guidelines.
- Manage and monitor necessary permits, approvals, and regulatory prerequisites.
- Assisting in budget drafting and submission based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
- Advise on specialist services, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers needed for the project's success.
- Maintain an organised strategic programme for design, procurement, and construction.
- Issue regular progress updates and obtain authorization for essential decisions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Strong electrical background and qualification with a deep understanding of HTM documents.
- Experience in the PFI industry.
- Technical is a must
- Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and electrical schematic drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
