Asset Manager
Facilities PFI Asset Manager
We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager in Merseyside.
You will have experience of working on PFI contracts or similar complex environment with multiple stakeholder management. The role is site based and will be required to attend sites 5 days a week although there will be some flexibility if needed to work form home on occasion

Duties Include:
- Manage the facilities PFI contract and develop and manage a collaborative contractual relationships
- Build compassionate, understanding, and influential relationships with staff at all levels to ensure escalated issues are resolved and desired outcomes are met.
- Build effective alliances to ensure priorities are understood and can be delivered in an efficient and planned way, ensuring benefits can be tracked and risks monitored
- Govern the PFI Contract Support Officer review including the Payment Mechanism of Project Agreement.
- Lifecycle, Projects resolution and re mediation
- Compliance and quality assurnmace
- Lifecycle and variations or hard services
- Contract Management - ensure robust Governance and Compliance of the relevant PFI Project Agreement contract schedules
Qualifications/Requirements
- Contract Management, Project Management or Building Services Engineering, facilities management or related subject
- PFI knowledge
- Technical knowledge or hard services within Facilities management knowledge
- Ensure the H&S monitoring regime is implemented
- Statutory report
- Resolving commercial issues
- Asset management and auditing of third-party providers
- Understanding of project life cycle planning and cost analysis techniques
