Role: Senior Electrical Design Engineer
Location: Greater Leeds
Salary: £45-£55k per annum
Package: 25 days plus stat, annual company bonus scheme, company pension & car allowance
Role:
My client is currently looking to recruit an electrical design engineer to join their inhouse design team. They are a well established regional M&E contractor. The works are light industrial, some high end domestic, large apartment schemes and general building services such as schools & offices. They work across Yorkshire with regional builders, they also work further afield on larger schemes for national construction companies. They work up to £10M in M&E value, however works typically sit around £500K-£3m.
Responsibilities and Duties.
- Manage the electrical design function across all projects
Collaborate with wider MEP team.
Interact with clients, design partners, specialist contracts and projects delivery team.
Lead and produce electrical design
Input into pre-con and tender design solutions
Manage CAD/BIM resource
Manage document control assistant
