PFI Project Administrator
We are recruiting for a PFI Project Administrator in Leeds Hybrid working to support Asset Managers ensuring compliance within the PFI Project, finance and service agreements

Duties Include:
- Supporting the Asset Manager(s) across various administration duties
- Assisting the Asset Manager(s) with the administration of all elements of Insurance and other claims made against or by the Project companies
- Supporting the management of project variation processes to the point of Asset Manager approval and signature.
- Attending meetings , taking minutes
- Assisting with the management of all project records and filing systems.
- Co-ordinating the production of quarterly Project Company Board packs
- Assisting with the collation of information of PFI contract
- Supporting the collation and initial review of insurance claims on each of the projects.
- Understanding of the review of the annual insurance questionnaires and the administration of insurance renewal documentation.
- Supporting the Asset Manager in managing the correct application of contractor and sub-contractor performance monitoring regimes
- Supporting the Asset Manager in ensuring that all Service Providers provide evidence of contractual compliance with regard to all matters
Experience required
- Administration within a Facilities management, property or Asset Management organisation or something similar on PFI contract
- PFI experience/knowledge essential
- Experience of working within complex and interrelated contractual
- Knowledge of quality, environmental and health and safety standards and industry
