Part-time Administration Officer 

Administrator/PA - Part-time 17.5 hrs /week (days/hrs to suit) 

My clients looking for an Administration Officer for 17.5 ghrs week in Bristol 

The timing can be flexible to suit either over a 3 or 4 days week as long as covers 17.5hrs/week

Good opportunity for someone looking for part-time hours with a reputable Asset Management organisation who can offer great training and development

Summary:


  • Administration Operations Officer 
  • hours of work to suit over 17.5hrs week 
  • Salary £15,000 plus 30 day holiday (pro-rata for part-time) plus 8% pension plus discretionary bonus 
  • Location - Bristol 

Duties Include:


  • Putting board packs  together
  • Supporting the General Managers and Aassistant Managers
  • Management of office communications and documentation
  • Manage all office records and filing systems
  • Administration Support
  • PFI contract support
