Project Manager

Project Manager - Facilities services or construction 

We are recruiting for a Facilities Management Project Manager to ensure all  Projects are managed efficiently and within budget and on time in a large complex public sector built environment in Lancashire.

Working with a  fun friendly and professional team within a reputable property and facilities organisation, you will have lots of opportunity for  training development and real  career progression 

It is a fast pace environment with complex stakeholders and you will be involved in some interesting projects 


Summary:


  • Project Manager
  • CDM construction design management
  • Salary £55,000  + bonus + healthcare etc..
  • Built environment Project Manager construction M&E, building  fabric or construction
  • PFI experience desirable healthcare or education, local government, local council or MOD 
  • Facilities Management
  • Location - Lancashire

Duties include:

  • Ensuring  all Construction Design Management (CDM) regulations are followed where appropriate and ensure all company paperwork relevant to this is completed
  • Ensure all data and management information is maintained and communicated accurately to agreed deadlines by the Head of Facilities and Management team
  • Managing multiple building  works projects as well as supporting on large capital work schemes
  • Lifecycle and variations project management
  • Supporting the Senior  Project Manager on all PFI related projects
  • H&S 


Qualifications/Requirements


  • Project management  experience within building services or construction -essential 
  • Experience within PFI buildings would be an advantage or within  public sector environment, education healthcare, local government etc..
  • Knowledge and experience working with CDM regulations essential
  • Health and safety qualification essential  
  • Demonstrable & varied experience in delivering Lifecycle and Variation Projects.
  • Facilities Management contract experience
