Role: Helpdesk Transformation Manager
Location: Warrington.
The salary is £35-£40k per annum
25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Overview:
We are currently assisting a national Facilities Management company to recruit a Helpdesk Transformation Manager.
Overview:
Provide leadership and line management of the Helpdesk Manager and act as Super User of the Concept Evolution system, ensuring accurate and live updating, compliance against the SLAs, KPIs and contractual obligations as noted in the Facility Management Agreements and to assist the National Operations Manager and CEO in ensuring service delivery is achieved for the contract and reports are issued on time and with accuracy.
The role will also involve some financial management i.e., approvals, raising, matching and management of purchase orders, delivering of training and supporting the National Operations Manager as required.
