- Description
A seasoned Project Manager is required for a large Facilities Management contractor on a permanent basis looking after a public sector client of theirs.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering Projects on time and within budget
- Liaising directly with the client
- Liaising with stakeholders
- Site visits
- Manage any variations
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be suitably qualified and will come from a Facilities Management / Building Services background.
You will ideally have experience in Capital Works, Minor works and refurb / redevelopment projects.
This is an immediate vacancy based in London but allows for hybrid working with the ability to commute to the site and office.
