Site Manager
Birmingham
Contract Role 45 Weeks
Day Rate up to £280 per day
Our Client is a leading contractor who offers a diverse portfolio covering commercial, industrial, health care and retail projects.
The Role
Managing the project from set out through to completion, coordinating multiple teams of direct and indirect labour to achieve project budget, deadline and specification. You will report directly to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate on site staff, plant, labour and additional equipment to achieve project objectives
- Monitoring team and site performance in accordance with targets
- Support and uphold the company Health & Safety mission
- Completion of regular site safety checks, toolbox talks and site inductions
Skills and experience
- Experience of managing projects with a value of above £10M
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- Experience managing projects in at least 1 of the commercial, industrial and retail projects
- Good It skills, including knowledge of outlook, word and excel
