Asset Manager 

We are looking to recruit a PFI  Manager or PFI Facilities Manager   to oversee delivery of PFI management services in the West Yorkshire region. 

Summary

• PFI Manager
• Salary £55,000  - £60,000 + Package 
• PFI Facilities Manager 

Duties Include: 

• Monitor the performance of the third party holders including the Facilities Management  Contractors
• Monitor the H&S and other statutory and contractual compliance obligations of the project
• Support the Project Agreement on all matters affecting the various agreements entered int
• Operational policies and procedures that ensure the efficient management of the underlying investment.
• Audit and report on compliance with contractual obligations
• overseeing contractual payment mechanism to maximise subcontractor performance and minimise deductions.
• Assist the General Asset  Manager to ensure completion of all project obligations and reporting 
• Project variations SPV liasion 
• Planned and reactive maintenance lifecycle delivery
• Financial reports
• Auditing of third-party providers includinig Facilites management 

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree level qualification (or qualified by extensive experience) in construction/Facilities Management background
• Must be located within the West Yorkshire region
• Working knowledge of management of PFI Projects in operational phase
• Knowledge and experience of H&S Regulations
• Experience in dealing with senior level public sector client organisations/ complex contracts 
• Understanding of PFI contracts and have experience of working/liasing with  with SPV
• Experience in dealing with project investors, lenders in PFI
• Understanding of variation, lifecycle and insurance processes in PFI
• Contract management knowledge and legal understanding
• Risk management processes
