Operations Director

We are recruiting for an Operation Director in the South responsible for multiple contracts with a range of TFM services with a P&L of 50m

As Operations Director, you will be responsible for driving significant organic growth as well as for ensuring operations are delivered in a safe and efficient manner.

Summary:

• Operations Director
• Location South of Uk
• £85,000 - £100,000 + car allowance + Bonus
• 50m P&L
• Multiple TFM contracts

Duties Include:

• Senior Leader with experience in multiple sectors, such as Corporate, Local, and central government, Education and Manufacturing and Industry.
• Significant P&L ownership for a portfolio of contracts delivering FM services including Energy Transition.
• To support the Organic Growth Agenda through the cross selling of TFM and reduction in carbon footprint.
• To optimise the profitability of the business
• To lead on the management of risk as well as opportunity
• To develop and maintain strong relationships
• Providing leadership to ensure compliance with statutory and Company practices across all service lines.
• Leading and directing Operational leads throughout the region

Qualifications/Requirements

• Significant experience operating at a Director level delivering FM and/or outsourced Solutions, ideally in multiple sectors
• Appreciation of the Energy and FM market including next steps solutions
• An understanding of the use of data and breakthrough technologies
• Excellent commercial and financial acumen with experience of running P&L consisting of multiple clients / stakeholders
• Excellent presentation, influencing and motivation skills
• Inspirational people leader with experience of working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team in a matrixed organisation
