We are working with a well established Facilities management company who are looking to recruit a Mobile Handy person to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Handy person will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance work on multiple commercial contracts namely public houses and restaurants.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Undertake all Maintenance work on multiple commercial contracts namely public houses and restaurants
- Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion
- Confident dealing with day to day issues on site ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment
- Level 2 qualification in joiner/carpentry is essential
- Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance
- Confident in working to tight deadlines
- Full, clean driving licence
