Role: Fabric Engineer

Location: Central London

Salary : £32k - £35k per annum based on 40 hours door to door travel

Package:

Overtime paid after 40 hours x1.5 & Saturday up to 12pm

x2 after 8pm Mon-Fri & after 12 PM Saturday & Sunday

Door-to-door call out, double time after 8 PM plus standing payment

23 days holiday plus 8 days stat

Fully expensed Oyster card

Our client, a leading FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a foot mobile Fabric Maintenance Engineer on a permanent basis to cover a specific restaurant contract in central london.

The successful candidate will be responsible for all planned and reactive Fabric Maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a truly multi-skilled Engineer to join a busy organisation

Duties & Responsibilities:

Working closely with the scheduling department ensuring all Maintenance is carried out in a timely fashion

Confident dealing with day to day issues on-site and ensure your work is carried out efficiently and effectively

Weekly & 6 monthly PPM checks logged on the PDA Including:

Filter cleaning in the AC units

Fire alarm tests and Tap temperature tests

Basic plumbing

General maintenance

PPM and reactive works

Painting and decorating

Glazing

Tiling

Flooring

Doors

Customer bathrooms / toilets

Skills & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a Commercial Maintenance environment

Good understanding of building services/mechanical maintenance

Confident working to tight deadlines

Full, clean driving licence
