Role: HVAC Contract Manager
Salary: £50k per annum.
Location: South Yorkshire
The package:
Annual profit related bonus
25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
Car Allowance worth £7.5k per annum
The Role
We are working with an expanding M&E organisation who are looking for an experienced contracts manager to oversee their small works, PPM and reactive maintenance contracts.
Portfolio of works include pubs, schools, hospitals, student accommodation and offices.
You will be responsible for managing 6 x HVAC engineers and performance of the mechanical aspects of all contracts.
You will be strong at commercial management and help really develop and drive the business.
You will be able to price and deliver small works and remedial works, delivering with inhouse and sub contract labour.
Must be familiar with SFG20 regulations.
You will directly report to the senior contracts manager
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- Experience in FM operations
- Of a Hard services HVAC/Mechanical background
Holding or have held Commercial Gas Tickets
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills & business development
