Role: Project Manager (Facilities Manager)
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £50k - £55k per annum Plus car or car allowance (£4.5k)

We are working with a well established Facilities Management company who are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work in the healthcare sector based in Birmingham. This is a full time permanent position with a 40 hour week contract.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee contractors and sub-contractors
- Quoting and completing jobs
- Manage a team of Engineers and Supervisors
- Client site meetings/surveys, point of escalation
- Identify and manage any risks
- Keeping the projects within agreed timescales and budgets
