Interim Asset Manager
We have an Immediate vacancy for an Asset Manager in Coventry on a PFI contract for ongoing temp role.
Ideally you will have a technical background or broad technical knowledge.. Potential for the role to go from temp to perm

Duties Include:
- Manage the PFI contract and develop and manage a collaborative contractual relationship
- Build compassionate, understanding, and influential relationships with staff at all levels to ensure escalated issues are resolved and desired outcomes are met.
- Build effective alliances to ensure priorities are understood and can be delivered in an efficient and planned way, ensuring benefits can be tracked and risks monitored
- Govern the PFI Contract Support Officer review including the Payment Mechanism of Project Agreement.
- Lifecycle, Projects resolution and re mediation
- Lifecycle and variations or hard services
- Contract Management - ensure robust Governance and Compliance of the relevant PFI Project Agreement contract schedules
Qualifications/Requirements
- Contract Management, Project Management or Building Services Engineering, facilities management or related subject
- PFI knowledge within hospital healthcare estates
- Technical Qualified (Mechanical or electrical)
- Facilities Management
- Understanding of project life cycle planning and cost analysis techniques
