Facilities PFI Asset Manager
We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Manager in West Yorkshire
You will have experience of working a PFI contracts or similar complex environment with multiple stakeholder management.

Duties Include:
- Manage the facilities PFI contract and develop and manage a collaborative contractual relationships
- Build compassionate, understanding, and influential relationships with staff at all levels to ensure escalated issues are resolved and desired outcomes are met.
- Build effective alliances to ensure priorities are understood and can be delivered in an efficient and planned way, ensuring benefits can be tracked and risks monitored
- Govern the PFI Contract Support Officer review including the Payment Mechanism of Project Agreement.
- Lifecycle, Projects resolution and re mediation
- Lifecycle and variations or hard services
- Contract Management - ensure robust Governance and Compliance of the relevant PFI Project Agreement contract schedules
Qualifications/Requirements
- Contract Management, Project Management or Building Services Engineering, facilities management or related subject
- PFI knowledge or hospital healthcare estates experience
- Technical knowledge
- Ensure the H&S monitoring regime is implemented
- Statutory report
- Resolving commercial issues
- Asset management and auditing of third-party providers
- Understanding of project life cycle planning and cost analysis techniques
