Role: Mechanical Estimator
Salary: £45-£50k per annum.
Location: South Yorkshire
The package: Company Pension vehicle allowance
25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
The Role
We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for an M&E Small works estimator.
You will be working closely with the end client.
Someone who can estimate both Mechanical and Electrical works is essential.
Someone one how has previous relationships and is strong at developing leads and new relationships is a must.
You will work closely with the head of the small works department and the business development director to push the business forward.
Projects range from £30k- £500k.
Sectors include : retail, education and commercial building services. There are plenty of frame work agreements and long standing relationships with builders.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit
- Use of specialist Estimating software
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial and business development skills
The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
