Project Coordinator 

We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation in Exeter to work on a 6 month Fixed term contract offering hybrid/flexible home working & onsite.

  • 6 Month Fixed term contract (possibility of a perm role)
  • Salary: upto £40,000
  • Hours: 37.5

As the Project Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting and managing the delivery of all projects to meet the requirements of the contract and specifications, supporting and managing all onsite lifecycle and variation project works and administration tasks.

Duties of the Role


  • To support and work closely with the Lifecycle Manager to assist in the delivery of all lifecycle and variation projects across the contract.
  • To assist in reviewing the scope of works for all lifecycle and variation projects as requested 
  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers to survey works and assist in providing quotes that meet the requirements.
  • Assist in reviewing contractor and supplier quotes to ensure all the requirements have been provided for.
  • Assist in providing quotes to the client for lifecycle and variation works in accordance with contract documents and contracted timescales.
  • Review and assess contractors risk assessments and method statements against the scope of works.
  • Contract administration duties
  • Attend pre start meetings with contractors, team meetings and client meetings as required.
  • Assist in the management and monitoring of contractors works and ensure health and safety is followed at all times

Candidate/Role Requirements


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience managing subcontractors
  • Excellent Administration skills and customer service skills
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to liaise with and assist external service providers.
  • Range of general handyman skills such as general DIY skills and carpentry.
  • IT literate
  • Candidates must be able to pass an enhanced DBS
