We are recruiting for a Contract Manager to work on a Facilities contract in Stretford, Manchester. You will be responsible for managing the Total Facilities Management of the PFI contract.

Duties Include:
- Delivery of the facilities services for the PFI contract.
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to by all employees on the contract
- Develop client relationships and deliver an excellent service in support of their objectives.
- Ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are met
- Profit and loss account
- Seek out growth opportunities within the PFI account.
- H&S, Risk analysis and reports
- Contract Reviews and monthly reporting
- Mentoring and training
- To develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve operational performance.
- Encourage team moral and cohesive working
- Identifies ways to improve the services and works with the contract team to introduce these.
- Financial and business performance
- Knowledge and understanding of the SLAs, opportunities and risks present.
- To drive profit improvement
- Responsible for managing TFM (Total Facilities Management) services delivery across the site and day to day liaison with client and authority representatives.
- Point of Client escalation dealing with all issues at site level.
- Commercial / Financial issues
- Budgetary requirements and controls.
- Shows resilience to work pressures.
- Goes out of way to add value to what we do for our clients
Qualifications/Experience
- PFI Experience (essential)
- Experience of managing TFM (Total Facilities Management) Contracts
- PC Literate and knowledge of MS Office applications, able to use Excel.
- Budgetary management and control – management of WIP (Work-In-Progress), debt and cash recovery.
- Excellent motivation and influencing skills.
- Good commercial awareness.
- Sound understanding and experience of risk assessment / management.
- Thorough knowledge and experience of Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality assurance systems
- Good negotiation skills.
- Good presentation, influencing and motivation skills.
