We are recruiting for a Building Services Supervisor to work on a Facilities Management Contract in Stretford, Manchester.

- Temp to perm role (Salary Equvilant up to £35,000)
- Must be available to start Immediately
You will be responsible for supervising the engineers and subcontractors on site frequently providing support with various maintenance tasks.
Candidates must have previous experience in a building services maintenance supervisor role with in depth Mechanical and Electrical maintenance knowledge.
You will be responsible for supervising the subcontractor on a large PFI multi use site.
Other duties include:
- PPM's
- H&S
- Compliance
- Work scheduling
- Liasing with the client and reports
- Some hands on work where required.
