Role: Service Manager
Salary: £40- £45k per annum.
Location: Birmingham
The package: Company Pension, Vehicle or vehicle allowance
23 Days Holiday plus bank holidays
The Role
We are working with a medium sized hard services maintenance provider who are looking for a Service Manager. You will be working closely with the end clients, day to day management of various HVAC, electrical and fabric engineers.
You will report directly to the Service director.
Duties Include:
- You will be required to oversee minor works surveys and quotes
- Responsibility for planned & reactive maintenance
- Risk assessment and method statements
- subcontractor audits.
- Watch subbies on site and ensure they're operating to specs & following H&S procedures.
- Good health and safety knowledge, managing subbies on site.
- Managing supply chain.
Assets in the contract include : Schools, Restaurants & Leisure, Public buildings and Offices.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- NEBOSH
- Time served apprecticeship
- Strong sub contract
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills
