Role: HVAC Project Manager
Salary: £50-£55k per annum.
Location: UK - Hybrid working - Must attend office 3 times per month in Birmingham - hotel costs covered when working away.

The Role
We are working with an expanding Specialist HVAC organisation who are looking for a HVAC project manager to deliver projects from £200k up to £1.5m mechanically.
You will be working closely with end clients to deliver new installations of HVAC equipment on new and existing sites. A strong knowledge of heating, chiller wate, AHU's & Vent & ductwork.
The company self deliver most of the works and use specialist sub contractors and price work sub contractors on packages.
You will directly to the senior contracts manager.
Sectors include : Automotive, Factory, FMCG & Pharmaceutical sectors.
Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:
- HNC or HND in Building Services of benefit
- Must have a time served apprenticeship mechanical apprenticeship if not holding the above
- Strong time management skills
- Strong people skills
- Strong commercial skills
The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
