Temporary Assistant Contracts Manager
We are recruiting for a Temporary Assistant Contracts Manager to work on a Facilities Management Contract in central London
- Facilities Management Contract
- £40-45k (hourly equivalent rate)
- Temp Contract 8 months (could go perm)
- London
The objective of the role is to support the FM Contracts Manager responsible for delivering Hard and Soft Services within the contract.
Duties of the role will involve
- Managing PPM for sites within the contract
- Adhering to set KPI’s
- Delivery of monthly performance management data and reports
- Ensuring health and safety requirements are being met
- Effectively managing budgets and systems
- Managing the performance, training/development requirements of the teams.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven facilities management experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills
- Experience with Managing PPM’s Compliance SLAs etc..
- Experience of supervising FM teams demonstrating strong leadership skills,
- Experience adhering to health and safety practices
- Ability to Analyse management reporting data
