Role: Building Field Manager
Location: Sheffield
Salary: £42k per annum Plus car or car allowance (£4.5k)
Package:
* 25 days holidays, plus stats

We are working with a well established Facilities management company who are looking to recruit a mechanical field manager to oversee the operations of the engineers across a varied commercial portfolio in Yorkshire & East midlands region. You will be overseeing all building works and fabric related works on pubs, restaurants & various sites.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Engineer/Site Audits
- Quoting and running larger jobs
- Controlling QC of sub-contractor works
- Client site meetings/surveys, point of escalation
- Working as part of a 11-person management team
- Approx 20 engineers reporting into the position
