Facilities Manager
Middlesbrough
Temp to perm
Salary equivalent £32-38K
Our client is looking for a hard services manager to join their team in the Teeside area, oversee the lifecycle works across their contracts.
The Role
- Oversee the compliance and give technical advise across the contracts.
- Manage significant lifecycle delivery
- Manage a team of 5 including engineers & administrators
- Manage sub contractors on site
- Review reports and add comments
Qualifications & Experience
- You will be from and electrical background and have qualifications to support this.
- You will be able to self manage and be experience in planning maintenance works
- PFI experience would be advantageous
- You will have significant life cycle delivery experience.
