Helpdesk Coordinator

Location: Leeds

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum depending on experience

Package:

• Monday - Friday


• 08:00 - 17:00

Our client is looking for an experienced Helpdesk Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds. This is a great opportunity to join a well established business with a friendly team and a set of very secure contracts.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supporting clients with all incoming helpdesk queries, via telephone and email


• Ensure clients and client portals and are kept up to date


• Processing engineers paperwork and actioning as required.


• Providing basic account administrative support including invoicing, ordering materials


• Instructing sub-contractors to carry out works where necessary


• Managing sub-contractors to ensure they follow procedures

The Successful Candidate Will have

• Experience working on a client helpdesk


• Good customer service skills


• Experience or familiarity with a computer aided facilities management (CAFM) system.


• Have the appetite to learn and take on new challenges, a proactive approached and good time management skills


• Attention to detail


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• IT literate and very competent with all basic Microsoft office programmes


• A team player with the ability to work independently

The Successful Candidate Will desirably have

• Experience working in facilities, maintenance and/or property maintenance or management


• Some knowledge of accounting would be useful but is not essential
