Handy Person (6 months temp role)
Location: Leeds city centre
Salary: £12.50ph
40-45 hours per week minimum
6 months contract
Normal hours 8am -4.30pm
You will on occasion need to start at 6am and finish at 3pm.
Our client, a growing FM Company, has an immediate requirement for a handy person with a painting & decorating bias.
This is a 6 month contract on a weekly timesheet via ourselves 300 North the agency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all minor reactive maintenance tasks such as basic joinery, minor plumbing and painting & decorating.
This is one large site in Leeds that is well known.
You must be good customer facing and be able to work under your own steam.
