Regional Director
We have an exciting role for a regional Director in the South to manage a large portfolio of TFM Facilities management Contracts
As a Facilities Regional Director you will have responsibility for all operational finance and strategy of a large portfolio of projects covering hard and soft facilities services with several direct reports.
Summary:
- Regional Director
- £90,000 - £100,000 + Car allowance + Bonus
- Location: Southern regions
- Facilities Managment hard & Soft Services
- Multiple contracts
Duties include:- Developing and driving strategy
- Driving forward growth in the region
- Proactively managing relationship within the contracts and wider stakeholders
- Delivering innovative projects
- Fostering synergies and integration among the regional teams
- Leading our Employee engagement and customer advocacy plans
Key Responsibilities
- large P&L for operations of projects including Healthcare, Education and PFI
- Build on existing contracts and Client relationship
Strategy
- Lead the delivery of the successful bid strategy and define and deliver the regional growth strategy
- Ensure the support and engagement of the clients leadership team to deliver the strategic objectives
- Regular report to top Management of the business unit
Operational and business development
- Manage P&L and ensure the reaching of financial targets
- Implement monthly operational review with economic KPIs
- Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships across the internal and external stakeholders including
- Keep all stakeholders informed as opportunities progress through the cycle
Sales & Marketing
- Develop account management approach to cross sell
- Focus on improving returns to meet/exceed the bid model
- Establishes strong relationships with key contacts
Qualifications/Requirements
- Entrepreneurial Aptitude
- Managed multiple contracts with a large P&L
- Managed Healthcare education or PFI contracts across hard and soft facilities management contracts (TFM)
- Energetic, strong, self-confident, self-motivated and self-disciplined person
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build relationships with new clients
- Articulate, innovative and challenging mind-set with Strong collaborative style
- Commercial insight
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Confidence to talk with and influence people at all levels
- Ability to handle multiple operational facilities management accounts
