Role: Multi-Trade Builder
Location: Derby
Salary: £27000 based on 40 hour week minimum with door to door travel
Breakdown:
Door to door travel
Overtime paid x1.5 after 45 hours & Sat up 12pm
x2 After 12pm Saturday & Sunday
Call Out 1 in 8 standing payment and door to door call out.
Van & Fuel Card
23 days holidays, plus 8 stats rising to 25 with 2 years service
Personal use of van
First fix bonus
50 hour week = 45 hours flat & 5 hours x1.5paid from leaving home to getting back home
We are working with a well-established national sized Facilities management company who are looking for a multi-skilled builder to work across the East Midlands on a retail contract.
You will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on various commercial contracts across Yorkshire as allocated by the Scheduler and/or appropriate manager. You will be required to order supplier parts and manage van stock as required. Contracts include Hospitality and leisure.
You must be comfortable dealing with end clients and using your abilities to solve problems & issues on your own.
Skills, Attributes, Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 craft-related in groundworks or bricklaying
- Able to cover emergency call outs
- Competent with use of technology
- Good standard of finish on lead trade
- PPM experience
- Reactive Maintenance
- Driving Licence
- Customer service skills
The role would ideally suit a multi-skilled builder who is looking for a new challenge in a well established firm.
