Facilities Operations Director - Interim
Summary:

- 8- 9 months contract

- Salary - £75k - £85k (negotiable) Fixed term contract or temp
- South Yorkshire with some travel to sites nationwide
We are recruiting for an immediate Operations Director to work with a Facilities management organisation based in South Yorkshire
The role is interim for a period of 8- 9 months and we are looking for immediately available candidates.
Ideally based within commutable distance of South Yorkshire you will also be hands on attending sites nationwide
Duties include:
- Overseeing the contract and provide information to the client regarding a contract re-tendering process for provision of Facilities Management services at their various sites.
- Provide support to the central team and subcontractors including Property Manager Contract Manager, Accountant, Support and mechanical end electrical operatives
