Commercial Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Manager to join an inclusive, flexible and leading Facilities Management Organisation based in London
The role will covers a wide portfolio of facilities management contract which include PFI contracts so the client is looking for someone with PFI experience. The role works within a team and also has support reporting in to this role.

Duties
- Commercial management delivery duties across several contracts in the London region
- Ensure full commercial governance to all subcontractors, leading in all dispute resolution activity
- Improve the financial performance of the contract through continues improvement on PFI contracts
- Optimise cash-flow, resolve and prevent debt and manage contractual issues.
- Understand complex contracts which have a penalty structure behind them
- Provide day to day commercial support to the account management teams
Candidate Requirements/Qualifications
- Suitable commercial management experience within the PFI sector - essential
- Educated to degree/ diploma level in either Law, Business, Surveying (Building/Quantity), or the Built Environment (FM, Land).
- Excellent financial acumen with an ability to analyse complex data and documentation with accuracy
- Skilled negotiator with proven experience in a commercial environment
