Senior Account Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join a leading Facilities Management Organisation to oversee a range of different contracts across London.

Description
You will be responsible for managing a cluster of contracts including PFI Healthcare and Education as well as shorter term direct contract arrangements valued in total between £8-10m turnover.
Duties of the role
- Manage the relationship between the key stakeholders including the SPV General Manager and the key operational client contacts
- Ensure high quality service delivery across the range of services provided by the FM Company
- Ensure financial performance is achieved on the contract to meet agreed targets for turnover, profit, and cash collection
- Ensure a sound commercial understanding of the contractual deliverables across the contracts and provide leadership support to the Account Managers
- Work with the senior management team and Client to develop and agree strategies that meet the service provision demands, in line with the PFI contract and company objectives.
- Ensure that all risks relating to safety, health, environment, and quality are effectively managed through the use of risk assessments, PPE, training, and company procedures to ensure a safe environment
Qualifications/Requirements
- FM experience within public sector organisations ideally with PFI experience.
- Good commercial/financial acumen and a proven track record in managing a P&L
- Experience of leading high performing and engaged teams and building strong relationships (internal and external)
- Proven management experience and the ability to drive organic growth through innovative FM solutions.
- A hard FM background is desirable but most important is the ability to drive improvements and the ability to enable teams to deliver an excellent level of customer service.
