300 North are looking to recruit a experienced HSE Manager for our North East based client.
This is an exciting opportunity for a experienced HSE manager looking for a new challenge within the construction industry.
The main duties of the role will include:
- Visits facilities where we the client is responsible for delivery of FM services at a frequency determined on the basis of their respective risk profiles.
- Lead significant incident investigations within the region
- Look after health and safety and risk assessments
- Produce written reports in relation to inspections, audits and incident investigations in accordance with agreed procedures and protocols.Deliver in-house SHE training courses.
The requirements for this role are:
- Extensive experience and knowledge of the HSEQ challenges faced by multiple-site management
- In-depth knowledge of risks within the full construction cycle is essential
- NEBOSH Diploma in SH&E (or equivalent)
- Health and Safety or environmental management related degree would be desirable
- Knowledge of SHE matters within a Facilities Management environment would be advantageous
- Proficient IT user including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes
- Valid driving licence
- Experince within the construction industry
