Regional Service Delivery Manager
We are recruiting for a TFM Regional Service Delivery Manager across several multiple sites in West London and surrounding areas with 6 direct reports
Summary:

- Salary £60,000 to £65,000, £5,200 car or car allowance, 5% bonus.

You will be responsible for the Total facilities management services as well as the Additional Works that are identified as a result of delivery including cleaning, security, catering, and Mechanical & electrical
Liaising with the Customer, on-site Teams, internal departments/teams and Sub-Contractors to ensure the TFM contract at site(s) level is delivered within the terms of the contract.
This role will have an emphasis on customer service and will be point of contact for all site(s) related activity, making sure the service on all sites is delivered and compliant with company procedures.
Duties Include:
- Ensuring that direct reports are delivering as required
- Ensure correct level of Technical Appointments are in place to delivery services across the region
- Responsible for all PPM programmes to deliver full scope of services within SLA
- Responsible for Additional Works WIP for the sites
Responsible for all corrective and reactive works to be correctly recorded within the asset management system
- Responsible to ensure that teams operate in a time/cost effective manner
- Act as escalation for all emergencies
- Ensure that tasks are carried out in a safe manner via completing site audits/visits
- Ensuring that disruption to the client's premises is kept to a minimum during activities within Scope
- Maintaining good strong relationships with the customer and all internal stakeholders
- Ensure that quality is monitored via completing site audits/visits
- Complete and provide accurate monthly & daily reporting
- Attend Client meetings as required
- Monitoring and control costs associated with all tasks
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Proven experience as a manager in a professional Facilities Management environment - essential
Sound understanding of the FM industry
Experience within the manufacturing industry advantage
Proven experience on working on multiple total facilities management contracts TFM
Experienced in soft services ie cleaning as well as full understanding of TFM contracts
Experience in using CAFM applications
Previous experience in Finance Processes including PO Management
- Communicate at all levels with specialists and non-specialists
NEBOSH/IOSH - desirable
- Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
Desirable but not essential
- Electrical - 17th edition electrical regulation
- L8 Awareness
- F-Gas Awareness
- Scaffold Inspection
- First Aid at Work
- Gas Safety Awareness
- Asbestos Awareness
- Safe Working at Height
- City and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (Desirable)
