Interim Commercial Manager
We are recruiting for an Immediate Interim Commercial Manager
- £450 - £500/day to be based from home with some travel to Leeds site
The role will focus on the management and recovery of contractual entitlements that are due to the client who are a Facilities Management and technical services organisation
Duties include:
- Projects will have a full and thorough understanding of the applicable scope and variation process across the contract(s)
- This role is not solely projects and variations based and will cover the entirety of the Services contract.
- Review payment applications, work in progress and scope on an ongoing basis to ensure full recovery.

Qualification/Requirements
- Industry experience in the role of a Quantity Surveyor /Commercial Manager
- Post graduate experience within a surveying position reporting to a commercial manager
- IT skills - MS Office, Excel, Project, Word etc
