Role: Recruitment Consultant


Location: Leeds (Headingley)


Salary: £24-25k per annum


Package: 22 days paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company - rising to 25 days with 3 years consecutive service. Pension & On-site Parking also offered.


Hours of work: Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch


After a period of 3 months based on performance you will have the option to work from home 2 days per week.


 


300 North are a forward thinking market leader in the Faclilities Management, M&E and construction sectors. Due to a very busy 2021 and with an even busier 2022 ahead, we are looking to expand our Hard Services team with an additional motivated and driven recruitment consultant.


We are established for over 6 years and our team has over 100 years of combined recruitment experience within our specialist sectors. We're a friendly team who collaborate and help one another to give the best experience we can to our candidates and customers through an honest and open approach.


The aim of the role is to develop and retain both candidates and customers of hard services maintenance providers.


You will be dealing with various specialist engineer type roles and the associated helpdesk function candidates.


You will be required to develop new business and manage our current customers' requirements.


You will be offered any additional training you require and we will hold regular development catch up meetings.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise work load where necessary.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • Strong IT Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Ability to learn and use Bullhorn CRM
