Location: Sheffield
Salary: £21k
Package: 25 days Paid holiday & 8 statutory plus company, Pension, BUPA health care (option to buy additional 5 days holiday)
Key Purpose
We are working with a well established Sheffield based Facilities Management provider who supply technical engineers to various national companies across the UK.
They are recruiting for administrator to assist the scheduling team to ensure engineers' times are correctly recorded ensuring clients are accurately billed.
Accountabilities & Main Duties
- Daily check of engineers' working time ensuring hours worked are accurately recorded and accounted for.
Check out-of-hours call out attendance is accurately recorded.
Manual correction of timesheet entries where necessary.
Obtain additional information/resolve timesheet queries with engineers' hours including time gap queries.
Authorise engineers' hours/attendance on the company's work management system.
Check expenses on jobs are recorded.
Add/remove new starters/leavers on the works management system.
Carry out general office duties as filing, scanning, photocopying.
Carry out other duties consistent with the job-holder's knowledge and skills which are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or business goals.
