300 North are recruiting for a Site Manager for our leading commercial construction client on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager looking for a new challenge within the refurbishment and new build sector paying up to £40k basic for the right candidate
The day to day duties of the role will include:
- Organising the day to day running of the site and supervising all trades and managing sub-contractors
- Client Interaction
- Ordering of materials
- Delivery of works to program & budget
- Controlling safety, quality & environmental activities
- Monitoring the progress and reporting back to the client
Experience Required
Previous experience in the commercial construction Industry (refurbishments and new builds)
Experience in managing Architects, Engineers, Clients, Sub-contractors, Supply Chain.
ealth and safety awareness.In addition, the successful candidate will be need to have the below qualifications
